At ELS, we are dedicated to reversing the trend of educators leaving the profession by tackling the root cause: unsustainable workloads. Our objective is to provide educators and school leaders with personalized virtual professional development workshops and coaching, offering ongoing, tailored support that leads to a more sustainable and fulfilling experience.

Why we do this:
Educators are required to perform at high levels no matter the challenges they face, and often without adequate or continuous support. As a result, many leave the profession within the first few years. Those that do stay usually struggle greatly, which negatively impacts student success.
We support districts and schools in retaining quality educators by providing them with one-on-one virtual instructional support tailored to their needs that can be accessed at their convenience.

Hello! I am Veronica Gerald, an accomplished instructional leader with a proven track record of positive results in increasing student achievement and creating positive school climates. I have over 25 years of experience as an instructional leader, dedicated to transforming underperforming schools into rigorous learning environments.
Throughout my career, I have led 3 different underperforming schools from chaotic school environments to structured, thriving schools with consistent academic growth . My efforts have not gone unrecognized, as I have consistently been described by peers and staff as an exemplary instructional leader, with exceptional academic achievements and knowledge.
I'm an ambitious leader who excels at executing plans and taking charge. I'm driven by a set of core values that guide my decisions and actions - integrity, honesty, authenticity, work ethic, empathy, support and peace (yes, peace!). My strengths lie in my ability to focus on the tasks at hand, adapt quickly, think strategically, and get results.
My current focus is on coaching school leaders to create safe spaces where they can strive towards getting consistent positive results - both big and small. As a part of this effort, we also provide engaging professional learning opportunities for teachers that arm participants with actionable strategies and implementation plans, as well as ongoing personalized support.
Fast forward to this "post- pandemic" recovery period, which has arguably shifted the normalcy of our education system, educators are juggling challenges none of us could imagine just a few years ago. As much as we try, the focus on our students is often compromised, while consistent challenges such as staff shortages, exhausted educators, and traumatized students and adults are increasing across the country.
Education Leadership Services can support educators by providing 1:1 or group targeted, timely, and aligned professional learning opportunities. Our support will help educators sustain through formidable challenges, allowing them to thrive; and focus on increasing student outcomes. This partnership offers on-demand, safe space, and virtual partnerships that allow educators to remember why they chose this profession in the first place. The win: quality educators choose to stay, even through the uncertainty and challenges.
