WHO ARE WE?
We are certified experienced teachers and administrators that are committed to helping new teachers focus on student achievement, while mastering effective, researched-based teaching and management strategies
Why we do this:
New teachers are required to perform the same duties as experienced teachers, but often without adequate or continuous support. As a result, many leave the profession within the first few years. Those that do stay usually struggle greatly, which negatively impacts student success.
We support districts and schools in retaining new teachers by providing them one-on-one virtual instructional support that can be accessed at their convenience.
